    Q. Do I need an account to purchase with HSB Veterinary Supplies?

    A. Yes, you need an account to purchase from HSB as we only sell to licensed veterinarians. If you do not have an account with HSB and would like one, please click to register here and we’ll set up your account within a few business days.


    Q. Is there a minimum for free shipping?

    A. Yes there is. All orders over $100 receive free shipping. If your order is under $100, there will be a freight charge of $15.50 added on to your total.


    Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    A. We ship all of our packages via Fed EX ground service. All refrigerated products will be shipped Fed EX 2nd Day Air.


    Q. How do I pay for my order?

    A. There are a few options when it comes to payment for your order. If you are an existing HSB customer, your terms of sale will remain the same. Orders may be paid with credit card; we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped. If you would like to apply for credit, there is a one page credit application that needs to be completely filled out and faxed or emailed to mcolasuonno@hsbvet.com.


    Q. How do I return a product?

    A. To return a product, please call 1-800-526-8981 and a sales representative will issue a return authorization form. Returns will only be accepted in their original, clean, unmarked, and resellable packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase to receive 100% credit. Products returned 31-75 days from date of purchase will receive 80% credit. Products returned 76-150 days from date of purchase will receive 50% credit. There will be no credit given for products unsuitable for resale because of age, condition of item, obsolescence or expiration date.
